CapitalMatch provides a commercial real estate lending marketplace experience through our website and mobile app. We help users submit deal information, receive lender match results, and book a call with a CapitalMatch specialist. CapitalMatch is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information needed to operate the service.

• Contact details, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
• Commercial real estate funding details, including asset type, property value, requested loan amount, property location, selected loan types, and estimated credit score range.
• Consent and submission records, including TCPA consent status, consent time, lead status, booking status, and timestamps.
• Booking details when you schedule through Calendly, such as meeting date, time, and information prefilled into the Calendly form.
• Technical data such as browser, device, IP address, pages visited, and basic usage information that may be collected by hosting, security, analytics, or platform providers.

3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect in the App Flow

• We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, payment card numbers, full credit reports, or precise GPS location in the current CapitalMatch app flow.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the service is not directed to children.

4. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your CapitalMatch lead.
• To match your commercial real estate funding request with relevant lender options.
• To contact you by email, phone, text message, or similar methods when you consent or request follow-up.
• To prefill Calendly booking fields so you do not have to enter the same contact and deal information again.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and measure the performance of our website, mobile app, backend, and matching experience.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, prevent fraud or misuse, and protect users, CapitalMatch, and lending partners.

5. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide and operate the CapitalMatch service.

• With CapitalMatch team members and representatives who help review leads and coordinate appointments.
• With lending partners or service providers when needed to evaluate or respond to your commercial real estate funding request.
• With technology providers that support hosting, backend services, analytics, email, forms, scheduling, security, and customer support, including Calendly when you choose to schedule a call.
• With legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, or safety parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your direction or consent.

6. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current service. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide required choices.

7. Communications and TCPA Consent

When you submit your information and consent to be contacted, CapitalMatch and its lending partners may contact you using the phone number and email you provide. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP where supported, and you may contact us to revoke consent or update your communication preferences.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

Our website, hosting platform, and third-party tools may use cookies, logs, pixels, or similar technologies to keep the service working, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve performance. You can manage many cookie settings through your browser, but disabling some technologies may affect site functionality.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage leads and bookings, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, mobile app, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

CapitalMatch may link to third-party services, including Calendly and lender websites. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
